The listing showed a round tent, and this one was a typical “house” style. It is quite windy on the lake, so be prepared to keep the tent closed up. "This is the cutest little basement apartment! If we pass through Mt Pleasant again, we’ll definitely stay there. It was clean and comfortable and decorated so well. Shelby even put out a hand-written welcome note with a bowl of snacks (which my 12-yr-old devoured haha)! Instructions to get in were clear and easy. Great place!"

"We stayed here as our base for visiting 2 of the Big 5 National Parks. It was a bit of a drive but a quiet, non commercial place to rest in the evenings. The beds are super comfortable! We had all we needed for meal prep. The crockpot came in handy to have dinner ready when we returned from a busy park day.
