Villa Gioli is nestled in a large park of centuries-old oak trees, surrounded by woods, vineyards, and olive groves, in a secluded location far from busy roads.
Recognized by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage as an artist’s residence, this historic home has been in our family since the time of the Macchiaioli painters Francesco and Luigi Gioli.
Children can play safely in the park and by the pool, while the whole family relaxes in a harmonious setting where nature and culture have coexisted for centuries.

Villa Gioli is ideal for families, groups of friends, scholars, and art lovers. A short distance from the art cities of Pisa and Florence and not far from the Versilia coast, the villa offers an exclusive experience immersed in history and nature, in a peaceful and secluded setting, far from traffic and perfect for moments of complete privacy.

Rented exclusively, the villa features seven bedrooms and four bathrooms on the first floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, an elegant living room, a spacious dining room overlooking the garden, a study with a desk and internet access, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. The property also includes a small consecrated chapel, ideal for intimate ceremonies.

Guests can visit the painters’ studio and climb the observation tower, enjoying a breathtaking 360° view of the Tuscan hills, the valley, and Pisa: the perfect spot for an exclusive aperitif, sipping fine wines as the panorama unfolds in all its beauty.

Outside, the exclusive spaces include a swimming pool, spacious relaxation areas surrounded by greenery, tables for outdoor dining, table tennis, a badminton court, and a playground, offering an elegant and safe stay.
