"Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place."

"I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back."

"Nothings outstanding. Just same experience as you would expect from such chain of standard hotels. Quiet and clean. Reception area is quite ordinary unlike similar good hotels. Bathroom was missing extra towels, tissue paper etc. But was quickly addressed. Standard room is not very big but only good enough for a couple. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices.
Bathroom have only half door enclosure while the main half where shower water drops is open making all the water seep out on...

The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. The first room we were given had no hot water at all, which was extremely inconvenient after a long day of travel. "As an international transit traveller in Delhi, I used to city in Aerocity hotel because of their proximity to IGI airport. However, I looked outside and Vivanta in Dwarka is perfect.
