"I stayed at this property a couple times last year and it was immaculate. Now a year later the room I was given had a horrible odor like a mixture of something dead and alcohol. I immediately let front desk know and got another room. The next room was okay but better but seemed as if a deep cleaning was not done but bearable. I kept the bathroom open for no reason being I was the only person in the room. When I got up this morning to take a shower and close the bathroom door halfway I noticed on...

"Clean and quiet room. Bathroom is huge and very clean. Nice to have a refrigerator and small kitchen area. The lobby area has available 24/7 free coffee and snack bar to purchase if you need."

"My mother was having surgery at a nearby hospital and experienced some complications. The staff was amazing at accommodating additional nights in the same room and were also very compassionate. The room was nice and the continental breakfast was very good as well. They even offered a discount to patients of the hospital. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay"

Staff was horrible at customer service never once did we get any clean towels for four days they left a note on our door saying if you want your trash in you have to take it out all the way to the other side of the parking lot to the dumpsters, they do not empty trash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to clean up your own room sleep in the same dirty sheets, and use the same towels for four days very angry from California."

"Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly but lacked in telling us anything about the property suchbas, fitness center hours, breakfast, hours or Wi-Fi password. If they're even west password needed... Housekeeping was still working when we arrived, and they were all very friendly in the hallways. However, a good housekeeping attendant always checks the amenities in the bathroom, and our conditioner was completely empty and the bedside readung light was out. These are all very minor but...

"It was not clean hot tub was to hot food was terrible elevators were sketchy not many choices on the TV carpet was too thick. I couldn’t roll my suitcase. Stairs are too long. It was way too hot. They wouldn’t give us a refund when the AC was broken and it was 96° in BOISE the sink is not in the bathroom and the light switch is outside of the bathroom. I had trouble finding it. mattresses were too springy. zero out of 10 I do not recommend going there."

"Clean, simple, cheap place to stay for the night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Various nice amenities and the continental breakfast was good enough. My only real complaints were that the blackout curtain didn’t cover the middle section of the window so the light came in bright early in the morning, and also the AC constantly flicks on and off which is quite loud so if you’re a sensitive sleeper this could be an issue - not a huge deal to me though. Would still stay again!"
