The view from the 9th floor balcony was absolutely as pictured. There was a wrap around balcony so views of water from every angle. The apartment was beautiful, there was a lot of attention to details. Kitchen and bathrooms super clean and well equipped.

Very nice, clean apartment, and nice location. There were some issues with the code to get into the building--it didn't work all the time, and we would have to wait for someone leaving the building to get in. Also, late at night, it seemed that a rage party would begin (around 1 am) that was extremely loud and lasted for hours--closing the windows helped. The apartment is on the 9th floor, and the elevator was spotty.

Centrally located easy walk to everything. View are great. Safe neighborhood, only drawback is the 4:30 in the morning people talking woke us up a few days. Owner very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect central location, excellent apartment

The apartment is in a brilliant location, a comfortable stroll from the waterfront, restaurants in the old town, shops and bus station (if Uber doesn’t work out cheaper). The earlier reviews of nighttime noise are accurate, starting at about 11pm and we were asleep before it ended, but having learned it was the new year’s Uni students (equivalent of Freshers week) it wasn’t threatening and we even enjoyed the free concert in the church square on our last night.

A Pleasant Getaway

On the 9th floor overlooking the ever changing Ria Formosa on one side and the square where the church with the 'Bone Chapel' is located on another, the location was ideal. We were in easy, and relatively flat, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, trains, the bus station, and the dock. The very pleasant Rua de Sao Pedro with many restaurant choices was not far away. Another plus was the supermarket on the corner. Our suite was modern, comfortable and well-appointed. Stefan and his assistant, Felisbela went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one.

Weekend City Break

Enjoyable stay in a spacious flat conveniently located in city center. Lovely views of the city and near to many restaurants and shops as well as the old city. Some nights we could hear noise from street but overall very nice stay. A big plus was the charming weekend farmers markets steps away from flat.

Stefan and Felisbela went over and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly when we finally landed in Faro 17 hours late and even kept in contact with our updates all through the night! The apartment is perfect ...it is has everything you need and the views are amazing…particularly at sunrise and sunset. It’s ideally situated to walk to everywhere you’d want to in Faro. The only downside is the noise at night from the local bars but by closing windows and shutters it was blocked out completely. We’re looking forward to staying again next January.

Spacious. Unrivalled view. Kitchen and living area good. Bedrooms need updating: Bed linen and towels inferior especially in room with 2 single beds.only 1 bathmat for 2 bath rooms. Showers excellent. Hot water supply brilliant. Several essential items on list not provided.eg. no toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes line or airer. Outside table and chairs need replacing as quite rusty only 2 chairs provided [accom is listed for 4 persons]. Negative comments didnt spoil our stay. Improvements would enhance it.

Best of Faro

This apartment was beautifully appointed and excellently located in center of Faro close to the cathedral. Corner unit with city and ocean/marina views. Mere steps to excellent restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive and allowed a 2 hour early check in which was a blessing after flight from Boston and train from Lisboa. A bit of noise when the bars close but closing the windows and shutters provided pretty good noise reduction.

5 minutes from everything

The apartment is exactly as described, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well stocked. It’s a five minute walk from Any place you might want to go and the areas best restaurants. The check in process is easy. Please heed others reviews and know there is a bar/local hang out spot and it can be loud until 2-3AM. The drapes muffle the sounds, but earplugs are recommended.

Excellent location, beautiful space.

This is a lovely, airy apartment on the 9th floor with views over Faro Centro to the marina on one side, and overlooking the square on the other. I’m traveling alone and it was more than spacious for one person, and certainly comfortable for 2-4. The building is very secure and a close walk to the cafes and restaurants near the marina. It was also the only place I’ve been to have a drip coffee maker! Stefan was very accommodating to my schedule and allowed me a (very) late check in. The only reason I gave 4 stars on accuracy is the parking. Listing says “on site parking” but it’s not on-site as Americans would understand it: i.e. part of the property. But there is plenty of street parking around the square in front. The only time I had difficulty parking was coming home late on Friday and Saturday night. Otherwise, I was always able to park within sight of the entrance. If you are looking for a central location to explore Faro and the Algarve, this is a great option.

Location was great. Close to cathedral, restaurants and mini market! Loved everything about Seville. Condo was great for our purpose. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Would recommend and stay again.

Have the Best of Both Worlds with this comfortable and clean apartment.

Great apartment - centrally located, well-equipped for making meals, good views of Faro, and feel like a local. The sliding glass doors can open up to lively Faro or close them and the substantial shades to shut out noise. Have the best of both worlds with this clean and well-appointed corner apartment on the 9th floor. Conveniently located to shops, grocers, and restaurants. Watch the futbol games with the locals at the O Seu Cafe. Faro was having a hot spell when we there in October, so we appreciated the air conditioners located in each bedroom and in the living area. Internet was fast. Stefan was easy to reach and connect with if we had any questions.

Beautiful views, spacious apartment.

The views from this apartment are incredible, overlooking the picturesque Portuguese town of Faro, the water and the wetlands National park. You’re on the ninth floor in a corner apartment, so the views can’t be beat. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It’s set up for cooking, but we ate out every night. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and within a short walk. Of course, fresh fish is on most menus. The washer was a plus, with a large drying rack to set up on the adjacent balcony. There is some noise from the restaurants and church bells in the neighborhood, but closing the sliding glass doors eliminates most of that. We loved our stay here and hope to return. Stefan and his assistant, Felizbela, are very responsive.
