"All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2"

"Everything thing here costs a fortune. $5 for a cup of coffee really. The menu reminds me of one of these trendy bars where you go. Then stop at a fast food place because you're still hungry. And spent $40. They gave us 2 bottles of water at check in and in the time I put them down and got my bags half the water leaked all over the desk from both bottles. "Walked into the room, smelled fresh for being a smoking room. The mirror in the bathroom look like somebody spit on the TV screen was greece and smudge all over it. The carpeting was old, dirty and dingy, as well as the dirty dingy drapes. The TV remote had no batteries or cover and wasn’t working. Had to call for maintenance. They did take care of it right away the continental breakfast that they advertise was not there. I asked the guy at the desk. He says oh I got a few things in the back I...
