  • Experimente su hogar lejos del hogar en Mark's Retreat. Con cuatro habitaciones y tres baños, esta casa de campo estilo rancho es ideal para 11 huéspedes. La cocina cuenta con amplios techos abovedados, amplio espacio para comer, un gran televisor de pantalla plana, acceso directo al patio trasero o terraza envolvente, y una hermosa chimenea de gas para crear un ambiente acogedor en cualquier momento del día. Al abrirse a la sala de estar con hermosas puertas de madera y vidrio, encontrará muchos asientos cómodos y espacio para ver la pantalla plana de 40 "montada sobre la chimenea de piedra de gas. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay dos encantadoras habitaciones con camas queen, unidas a través de un baño "jack and jill" con puertas que se abren a la sala de estar y a las dos habitaciones. Mientras continúa por el pasillo con su iluminación empotrada contemporánea y sus nuevos pisos de madera laminada, encontrará la suite principal con una cama king y dos ventanas para que el sol de la mañana o la tarde entre en la habitación. The property is nice and very well managed. We had one small issue that was completely resolved within an hour- the customer service and communications exceeded all expectations.

Though we did not end up staying at this particular cabin due to a scheduling mishap, the communication to resolve the situation was quick and we were able to stay at another property that was just as nice, if not better. I really appreciated the communication to find the solution and had a wonderful time with our friends.

Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely time at Mark’s Retreat. Love the location and there was room for everyone. Making s’mores at the fire pit was definitely a highlight. This was our second time staying here and we would stay here again.

Great space for family to spread out, both inside and outside. The adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub and it was nice to be in a separate space. The three bathrooms were a plus for sure, as well as the laundry room. Everyone enjoyed the fireplace, but a couple of extra rocking chairs would be great.

Everything was outlined properly and checkout was very easy. There was enough room for everyone and the fenced in yard was perfect! The internet goes out if too many people are on it, but that’s expected in a remote location so it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay here again!

Great get away. The house has plenty of room and great up to date amenities. We loved the beautiful backyard and fire pit area. The covered hot tub was a great feature on a cold rainy day. Great stay!!

Loved our stay. Should have directions on how to work each television all are different couldn't figure them out. Trying to get into the house when got there was difficult had to call and talk to 3or4 people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mark's retreat was just the place we needed at the last minute. Quiet and cozy set back in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. Our family had a wonderful experience. OVR manages some beautiful properties. Can't wait to stay at one of them again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With the cold and snow rolling in and Christmas in the air we enjoyed the stay at the Farmington. The house added the ease of the stay with the yard and great layout of the house. We loved the dinning room table and that all 8 family could sit together and have a meal.

Great getaway

We had a very nice time at this cabin. It was spacious, well kept, and private. The only downfall is that the property next door was an eyesore. I'm surprised that the township hasn't done something about that.

Great home and location

The check in and check out process was very easy and thorough. The home is about 6-7 miles from downtown Ohiopyle. Beautiful home. Was well maintained and was extremely clean when we arrived. Plenty of room to spread out, tvs everywhere, and a great outside space with a covered deck with hot tub, open deck area with picnic table and table and chairs. Fire pit and charcoal grill. Really a great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Super home in a great location - Highly recommend

My wife, I, and several friends rented the property for a 3 night stay. The property was clean, in good condition, and was very spacious. TVs in every room, about 5 miles from downtow Ohiopyle, and a great outdoor space. The rooms are all very large. There is a covered deck with hot tub and chairs to sit and relax if it rains, a large table on the uncovered deck, and a fire pit. Everyone in our group was very pleased with the hime and would rent this property for another stay. Highly enjoyed the home and our stay.

Nice home. Had a great stay.

This was a great house. My only complaint is no screen on the fireplace which was too tempting for my 2 year old granddaughter. Had to move the love seat in front of it. Mouse poop in the kitchen.

Wonderful VBRO!!

Strong recommend! Before our visit, communication was clear- check in details, amenities, what we should bring. Check out list provided as well. Everything was as advertised. Home was very clean, warm, spacious and comfortable; great location, quiet but near restaurants and sites. Lots of dishes, towels, linens; plenty of hot water; hot tub clean and at temperature. Easy to find, well marked. Beautiful area. No cell coverage in home (ended at main road) but Wi-Fi good. All details spot on and we would stay here again without question.

There were some positives with this property and our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the linens clean. There was ample space for our group, including parking for three large vehicles. Management was very responsive, which unfortunately, was necessary due to the many issues we encountered over our 3 night stay...the drain in one of the bathtubs was very backed up, rising to mid-calf when the first person showered. The vents above both bathtubs and in the kitchen were filthy; layers of dirt were embedded in the vents. The TVs in the kitchen and living room did not work, nor did the fireplace. Management sent maintenance and housekeeping over promptly; maintenance did a great job, housekeeping...meh, not so much. She showed up with a container of sanitizing wipes and thought that would be sufficient after stepping in the bathtub in her bare feet to clean the vents. In all fairness, at our request, the management company refunded the cleaning fee. We would not return to this property.
