'The Haven' a luxury apartment close to the Meon Shore coast.

A unique, self-contained apartment, set back off the main road. Conveniently located within close proximity to Fareham, Lee-on-the-Solent and surrounding villages and towns.

This apartment is set in the grounds of the owners home with its own parking. Some essential groceries will be there to welcome you after your journey.

This apartment has been designed with modern living in mind, making it suitable for couples, family or friends to enjoy a break away near to the coast. The access is at ground floor level, where you will find a beautifully presented, modern, open plan, well-equipped kitchen/ dining room. There is plenty of space to hang up your outdoor attire, kick off your shoes, walking boots and wellies.

Upstairs is a bright, spacious, lounge with comfortable seating and a corner sofa that converts into a double bed. Here you can relax, watch your favourite programme, or simply unwind with a good book and a glass of wine.

Off the lounge is a large shower room; comprising of a double shower, vanity sink unit, w.c. and heated towel rail.

On the same level as the lounge and shower room is the bedroom with its sumptuous super-king-sized bed, Egyptian cotton bedding and comfy pillows for a relaxing nights' sleep.

Things To Do:

Why not park up at Hill Head, Warsash or Lee-on-the-Solent? Here the adventurous can take part in all kinds of watersports, leaving the less energetic to enjoy a picnic and view the impressive Solent waterfront that frequents many sailing events.

Take a stroll through Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve, at the mouth of the River Meon, often frequented by numerous varieties of waterfowl and migrating birds. A short drive inland, you can discover the South Downs National Park, with it's abundance of wildlife, rolling hills, farmland and bustling market towns. The South Downs National Park's landscapes cover 1,600km2 of breath-taking views and hidden gems. Visit the many 'picture perfect' villages, traditional country pubs or flourishing vineyards.

Being halfway between the bustling centres of Southampton and Portsmouth, there are plenty of opportunities to indulge in a bit of retail therapy!

You can explore Portsmouth’s historic dockyard, Gosport Explosion Museum, or take a day trip to the Isle of Wight, with regular ferries running from both Portsmouth and Southampton.

At the end of your day, you will appreciate returning to this luxury, welcoming holiday home.

The property was clean, warm and comfortable. It was convenient to be able to park right outside. Not far to the shops, restaurants and beach. We had a quiet relaxed Christmas at the Haven while being near to our family in Fareham.

Comfortable. cosy and well appointed. Ideal for our weekend catching up with family in the area. In better weather we might have been disappointed not to have any outdoor space. As it was, the weather was grim - cant blame host of Vrbo for that!. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at at The Haven

Stayed here for five nights whilst visiting family in the area and found the property to be perfect for our requirements. Very modern with all that we needed. Great kitchen and bathroom and comfortable lounge area with big smart Tv. Loved the bedroom, huge comfortable bed. Excellent location being two minutes from the main road.

Perfect short stay

This accommodation was perfect for us to visit our daughter. It is really well located for fravel. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable with a lovely large bed. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean. We would certainly stay again.

Autumn Break

The property was exceptionally clean and well presented, we found it adequately equipped and generally very comfortable. The nearby road was rather noisy, even at night. A shame that there was no seating outside other than right by the front door, could have been an issue if we had been staying in the height of the summer. The property is perfectly located for exploring the local areas of Portsmouth, Fareham, Hamble and the wonderful nature reserve at Titchfield.

Lovely stunning annexe.

Absolutely stunning property perfectly situated in between Southampton and Portsmouth. Place was spotless and comforting with a few essentials available on arrival like bread, butter, biscuits, jams, milk and tea & coffee. Only downside for us but most wouldn’t mind is no smart tv for stuff like Netflix for when we were there in the evenings. But there was a PS2 if you like playing games. Also an extra blanket/duvet in a cupboard would be good. Partner felt cold at night where I was hot so couldn’t play around with the heating which was easy to use if you need to adjust temperature. Other than those 2 things, it was a perfect stay and I would/will stay again if needed. Thank you so much to the host.

This property was amazing It was immaculate and well equipped and one of the best properties we have ever stayed at The only negative is that the kitchen and dining area is downstairs and the lounge, bedroom & bathroom is upstairs so it may be difficult for people who have mobility issues with stairs Would love to stay there again
