"We (2 couples) enjoyed our stay at Erin's property in Victoria. Clean, well-appointed, comfy beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom PLUS a powder room! The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from the Zac Lentz Parkway (Victoria bypass). Erin responded promptly to any questions we had. We'd stay again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! We will definitely love to come back, and other family members were talking about renting themselves. My husband and I are first responders and it was such a relaxing spot with so much nature critters and animals. It was a beautiful change in scenery from our busy stressful life to relaxing on the riverside. The porch has so much to offer from games and TV, to so many different chairs and swings to choose from. The couches are amazingly comfortable, and the AC works...

"Would give a higher than 5 rating if possible, absolutely floored with the beauty of the property and home. Also, the ease of access to the home and responsiveness of the host was second to none. Made so many new memories with our family there. Highly recommend, worth every penny and we will absolutely be back! "

"Very clean and nicely appointed. Neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. It would take about 15 minutes to get to downtown, but the mall is a little closer. Two bedrooms are larger than normal and one bedroom was a standard size. The shared bathroom is spacious and two people can easily be at the countertop. The master bedroom had a separated sink area from the shower/toilet area. The shower/toilet area is a little tight, but the shower is the same large size as the shared bathroom. All in all...

"Fantastic place to stay! We chose to closeness of areas we wanted to visit, very nice spot to stay and play."

"This property is perfect for working crews in the Refugio area. We were able to park our equipment on site and felt comfortable with it there. The owners were extremely flexible with our group and our trip days. We really enjoyed the outdoor setting with the outside cooking options since everyone felt relaxed outside after work. The bunk houses for extra accommodations worked well for our time there. We definitely recommend staying here."
