"My overall experience was wonderful very nice neighborhood very peaceful and relaxing. Communication was a A. I love everything about my stay every thing was so convenient to go to from gas stations to grocery stores a must stay u wont be disappointed. "

"My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs"

"The house worked out great for the guys in town for work. Great communication and quick at responding!"

"The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday."

"This was hands down the most affordable and relaxing get away . We are a fishing family and they had plenty of fish for us to catch. Ms flood had everything you need to be comfortable . Plenty of space. The plus was the TVs she had in each room to really make it home away from home and private if it more guest in the house. The extra fishing poles came in handy as well . thank you Ms flood. Everything was perfect !!"
