"A wonderful place to stay. V quiet rooms with black out blinds made for a great sleep. Special touches like bath salts, a coffee machine with decaff pods, toiletries in a little drawer, Bluetooth speaker in the mirror, and of course the incredible rooftop pool - it was wonderful. "The facility is well maintained. We had the harbour view which was fantastic. Location is very convenient, just at the Central. Only suggestion is that the staff should be more friendly. Some of the staff is not smilling and very cold. "

"Such a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed and in a great location for for Wan Chai Ferry and walks along the harbour. Plenty of excellent local restaurants in the vicinity too. Breakfast in all honesty were fairly good value and the quality of all the food on offer was exceptional. The staff just couldn’t help enough all along with being polite and courteous constantly. Cannot wait to return here and will be my default d stay now in Hong Kong."

"Stayed in the sea view room, the view is excellent. Although the interior of the room is a bit dated, generally is clean, with clean bed linens and towels, no smell. The shower leaks water into the floor, but the staff are quick to fix. There are transport available to nearby suburb Tsuen Wan, where there are huge shopping malls. Also free hotel shuttle to nearby MTR stations. In general is good value for the price, would stay here again."
