"The property is beautiful and elegant. My room was specious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were of the highest quality and I slept extremely well. The outdoor pool, formal gardens, common spaces and food were all incredible. The spa is also first rate. I would highly recommend this place."

"First time in Salt Lake City, enjoyed stay at this place. Located in downtown, 1o minus working to the Convention Center. The room is spacious and clean, staff in the front desk are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Nice stay."

"The hotel is outdated, I checked in late at night and the sink was not draining. I called and two guys showed up and fixed the sink. At the same time, they made the bathroom well and dirty. I called and the had only one housekeeper. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself. The breakfast was okay, very limited."

"The stay was great. Staff were very helpful! Only issue we had was with room service. It took us 2+ hours of waiting for our room service. When we called to check on our order they said that the app was not sending the orders to the restaurant."

"Hotel room was great! Great layout and plenty of space. Loved the cookies. Only down side Is our big truck didn't fit in the parking garage. As we pulled out the lever hit our truck and dented and scratched it. Wish we hadn't even tried to park in there and just stayed out front."

"Water from shower and sink was greasy and could not be washed off. Everything else was good."

"Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number."

"Great location. Great cooking facilities with lots of cooking utensils. Easy to reach the host via phone. Parking is convenient. The building is a little old. Otherwise, the rooms are good size."

"If you are looking for an eclectic and memorable hotel to stay in, I highly recommend staying here. The staff were super friendly and the enviroment just welcoming. Definitely will stay here anytime I am in the area in the future. If you are a skateboarder, they have an indoor park just for you. I am not, but it kinda gives you the vibe of this hotel. Can't say enough nice things about the overall experience at this hotel. If you are a business person, like me, they have an awesome lobby...
