"The stay was great. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors very much because of the rainy colder weather. But we would definitely stay here again. It’s only about 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter.Thank you Gary for making our stay enjoyable."

"Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful but not to far from amenities. Kids loved the friendly farm animals across the road. Everything worked and loved that the owners had salt and pepper and other kitchen basics. Loved the fire pit and first time two of the little ones made s’mores. I would come back in a heartbeat. Easy drive. "

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Pazovida. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos und Sonderwünsche wurden wunderbar umgesetzt. "We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. "

"My cousin and I were on a road trip on our way to Nashville for a wedding and decided to visit The Ark along the way. Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again."

"The property is clean and well kept. Easy access to the Ark Encounter, restaurants, stores, and gas. Good communication with host. My only suggestion would be an upgrade on electrical outlets because things don't stay plugged in very well. Also, as stated in the listing, the stairs are quite steep. We left our luggage downstairs and just took up what we needed each day. "

"We needed a place for our large family to stay overnight before visiting the ark encounter and this place fit the bill perfectly! Very clean! Beds were plentiful and comfortable and the children loved the extra large couch!"

"Stephanie’s property is ideal to visit both attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Union, KY, it is a 30 minute drive to each attraction. Local amenities in Union are only 5 minutes away. Perfect for our family of 8, the property exceeded our expectations. Stephanie is a fantastic host, communicating with us every day. A new home that is built specifically for VRBO rental, it is comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The property is located in a campground but it feels like you’re in a cabin. Easy to find and check in/out process was simple. We enjoyed the convenience of its location to The Ark. "

"It was beautifully very clean and kept!"

"This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown."
