Private Mid-Century Zen "Corazon Del Desierto" in Fallbrook

This 1967 build Mid Century home is aptly called Corazon Del Desierto - the heart of the desert. It's a 4BR 2.5BR 2000sq ft home, landscaped with rocks, pavers and desert varieties of cacti, shrub and trees is just minutes to Main St Fallbrook and local wineries, 20 minutes to Temecula Wine Country and less than a half hour to the coast and 40 minutes to Legoland, 50 minutes to the ZOO and less to the Wild Animal Park. It is a private, gated acre property with ample parking for all your friends and family. This home is most suited for retreats, wellness gatherings that can honor and respect the home. It's activated and on sacred Native American land.

Corazon features an open floor plan with an island kitchen w/ various cookware & appliances. Cook in over/on stove, Vitamix, dehydrator, waffle & panini maker, kitchen-aide mixer, Cuisinart etc. Enjoy the NINJA coffee maker, coffee grounder, dishwasher, filtered water and ice from fridge/freezer. We also leave out various coffee fixings, condiments, rice, pasta, spices, cooking oils & spray for your convenience. We request that meat be cooked outside conveniently on a our outdoor Chef's Style Stainless Tabletop Grill. Full disclosure, our indoor vent system and house cannot handle cooking meat AT ALL.

Corazon rooms features warm colored walls, art work you can touch, floor to ceiling windows, slate rock floors, comfy rugs & bean bags. The energy vortex hallway and house has some high frequency energy. Our furniture is Mid-century, modern & custom pallet furniture under ambient lighting. Surround sound Sonos speakers, DECORATIVE wood fire place & a fitness pole on bearings.

The outside features a salt pool, sunning mattresses, a full mattress couch bed under the corrugated structure, rafts, vball net and is surrounded by all the citrus trees. The pool is seasonally heated by the SUN. If you wanted it heated outside of summer months, please inquire about costs as they range depending on current temp, temp you want + length of stay ($100-200 range per stay). A propane tank heats the salt jacuzzi, that seats over a dozen people comfortably, is included in your stay year-round. Enjoy the outdoor shower & shade structures by pool and garden with seasonal veggies and herbs for use.

Additional Features:
Central heat & AC, separate standing AC unit in the GREEN CASITA ROOM + Washer dryer which is is in the half bath in the same building.

While we LOVE to host and we welcome children but don't feel our home is suitable for young children. We do not have anything baby proofed, the pool has no gate around it and we have floor to ceiling windows. Please use our home at your own risk if you have children younger than age 8. This house is great for intentional entertaining with friends and family, but this is NOT a party house for unreserved guests. If you allow outside guests that are not including in the booking, you will be subjected to $150 per guest / per night.

All rooms feature floor to ceiling windows and dark grey black out curtains.
Extra sleeping accommodations:
(1) high end blow up mattress that is much like a KING
(4) high end twin mats for sleeping arrangements for retreats, seminars and non-party events.
We have a good amount of extra pillows, sheets, blankets for up to 8-10 more guests.

Included:
Per guest: 1 pool towel, 1 large bath towel, 1 hand towel + 2 wash cloths, soap, shampoo.
Additionally: Washer & dish washer detergent, trash bags, ALL paper goods (TP, paper towels, napkins, tissues)
Basic food items: Various condiments, coffee, creamer and fixings, spices, oils, rice (white/brown), barley, baking soda, baking powder.

- No parties with unreserved guests or loud music outside of the house after 9PM weekdays / 10pm weekend nights.
- No smoking anything inside the house. NO CIGARETTES allowed ON ENTIRE PROPERTY.
- Home is NOT baby proof, sharp corners, glass windows, non-gated pool area and is therefore unsafe for children.
- We cannot allow pets.
- OUTSIDE CAMERAS CANNOT BE DEACTIVATED
