Rental agreement is with Wise Owl Properties LLC. a Washington State Limited Liability Company.

Please notify us immediately of any issues you encounter. Host shall not be held responsible or assume any liability for loss, damage, or injury to Guest or any person the guest invites to use or occupy the property or their personal property in the house or on the property. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Guest agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Host from any liability and/or responsibility arising therefrom.

When booking with the Host you also agree and acknowledge that there is a home security system installed at the Vacation Rental, which includes outside security cameras and other technology systems to monitor for excessive noise or use. There are no security cameras located inside the home at the Vacation Rental. Said systems and cameras are installed primarily for deterrence and monitoring purposes when the Vacation Rental is not rented and is not occupied by your Host. You agree and acknowledge that the security cameras may capture video/images of any and all activity conducted on the outside of the home at the Vacation Rental. You acknowledge that the presence of the security system/cameras in no way places a duty upon the Host to provide security or protection to you or anyone you invite to use or occupy the Vacation Rental as your guest. You understand and agree that the cameras are there for your Host's purposes. You agree that you release your Host from any and all liability arising from the presence, usage, non-usage, function, non-function, or video/image capture of the security system/cameras. You also agree to advise anyone you invite to use or occupy the Vacation Rental as your guest of the presence of said security system/cameras.
