"The property is in a beautiful area away from things. It offered so many things for us to do. The kids LOVED the kayaks and lilypad. Kitchen is well stocked with things needed for cooking. The rooms were comfortable. The TVs are older and do not have many apps, which could be an issue for some. The wifi is hella spotty and in the evenings we just connected our hotspots. The biggest and only issue we had was the number of german cockroaches that were in the kitchen/dining/living area. I killed so...

"The property was pefect for our stay. We are building a home in Arley and have stayed at two other locations on Smith Lake prior to this one. This will be the one we plan to stay at again. The rental is fantastic and the views are amazing."

"The house was nice and clean, the beds very comfy and the kitchen had all the basic needs for feeding the gang. If the weather would have given us a little more sunshine and a little less rain, the stay there would have been perfect! "

"If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. We enjoyed the deck and the view of the beautiful clear lake! The cabin is not fancy but it was cozy and comfortable. The worst part is the road to the cabin. Something really needs to be done with it. "

"Our stay at Bella Vista was outstanding! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool area was great and gave us the hang out space we were hoping for as a family and friend group. The property manager was extremely helpful and the views were outstanding from morning to night. Highly recommend!"

"House was excellent! Kids loved the upstairs bunk beds and the adults loved the separate bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The deck upstairs and the screened porch was also pleasant at night. Short walk to the dock and not a lot of traffic on the water makes it really nice. 10/10 would recommend. "

"This house is about as close to the boat ramp as you can get. We stayed here for a 2 day fishing tournament. The hosts were extremely helpful and answered questions quickly. Check in was easy. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking is good for truck and boat trailer. We would stay here again. "
