"Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so...

"The property is in a nice location. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 p.m. the house was not clean at all (dirty bathroom, wash cloths, towels, dirty sheets, unmade bed, trash on table, etc.). It took me 2-3 hours to get in contact with our host and had to contact VRBO direct to help try and resolve. The cleaners finally showed up at 8:30 p.m. to clean the house, we missed time with family & friends that we traveled hours to see for a wedding because of dealing with this "Unclean" House."
