"Its quite rare to find this hidden gem hotel which is slightly secluded from hustle bustle of tourist area but at the same time easy to reach if needed. This town and the hotel has all the amazing views of the mountain with iconic green bridge. The room was very clean with all the amenities you might need for your stay, and very knowledgeable front desk staff. "Price was decision maker and the name Wyndham. It was quiet and clean.
However, with price being the lowest in the immediate area, comes undesirable situations.
Looked like homeless people on the property which causes safety concerns.
Also, what looked like a lot of construction people as long term tenants.
And because of no smoking inside there were a lot of construction men outside smoking and drinking at the end of the day.
This atmosphere would cause us not stay there again.

"Great stay! The property is well kept and the staff were so friendly, especially Carolina. My room was awesome and had a view of Lake Dillon and the beautiful CO landscape. I enjoyed my walks on the paved trails of the lake which is directly across the street. The breakfast was good too with lots of options to include GF. The eating area was kept very clean and well stocked and coffee was available all day. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back. Thanks for a great getaway...

Just don't count on the fishing pole rentals. They told me they don't do it any more. Will definitely come back if in area."
