Stand outs: great host who responded to our 2 issues quickly with resolutions: key lock # was incorrect upon our arrival and it took us 30 minutes waiting in the cold to resolve. also the wifi was not accessible, but the owner came by later in the day to reset that. Then the wifi was great. If not for these two issues, we would have given this a 5*.We really enjoyed this cabin/ranch. The place was spotless clean and so very well stocked with all the amenities we needed, kitchen supplies, towels for HT, games and puzzles (even golf frisbee), etc. Even a welcome goody basket in the kitchen and a forgot item basket in the main bathroom. Plenty of sleeping bedrooms and extra mats with lots of blankets. Loved the firewood stacked for use in the fireplace which made for a very cozy, warm cabin vibe. We had a TV free weekend and brought bows/arrows, pellet guns, etc for the outdoors, everyone enjoyed that. The swings, HT, frisbee golf and ping pong table were all played with. Had several pool table tournaments over our stay, fun! It was a great stay and we would highly recommend this place. We loved that it was secluded! Cute little town and peaceful valley location, yet fairly close to home in Utah County! Thanks Beck family and Alysse

Incredibly clean, lots of room, great extras (host provided a couple snacks; there were lots of extra blankets, fans, and games / puzzles). Prompt communication from the host. We would stay again!

The house was nice and what we needed. There were some things that looked like a makeup removal item left on a bed. A few little things like that which made the overall house feel not super clean. We were very disappointed that the 93 acres wasn't actually available to us. The place we wanted to go, up the road towards the mountain, was marked as Keep Out. There were 3 different owners that showed up during the first 20 minutes of us arriving at 4:00pm which felt a little weird, which is where we were told we couldn't go up the road. A map telling us where we can go would have been so much better for our group. Initially we were told that the house we stayed at was the only house on the road. I took that to mean no one else was living on the property and we'd have the chance to roam and explore. So being told by an owner that we can't go to the places I saw on the map that looked interesting was again, disappointing. During our stay the water was totally shut off. I was really worried because we had a large group and not being able to use toilets, shower, or do dishes is a big deal. Luckily it was only off for 3-4 hours and then something got it working again. The house is fun with lots of different rooms and levels. The history of the house makes it fun and it really is awesome for large groups. It did not smell like I thought it would with all the cows around. I would stay here. The checkout process seems a little intense for what you're paying.

Beautiful cabin, well supplied, isolated with beautiful views. Hot tub was fun for kids. They also loved the swings and seeing the cows. There were games and puzzles and DVD's. Kitchen was nice and spacious and the deck was beautiful.

Great Stay

It was an amazing property with room for our entire family. We had plenty of space and the kids loved running around outside and playing with all the activities made available. We will want to stay here again for sure.

Comfortable and Peaceful

We rented the property for our family reunion. There were 23 people ages 10 to 70. Plenty of room for all of us. The sleeping arrangements along with the cooking and eating facilities were excellent. The hosts provided lots of things to do like games and other activities right at the property and wonderful indoor and outdoor cooking amenities.The property is isolated and peaceful. The home was very comfortable. Our stay was in the middle of July and the daytime temperatures were in the 90’s. We were very grateful for the swamp cooler. Between the cooler and gentle breezes that came after the sun went down, we were plenty comfortable.The hosts are good people and great to work with. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. There are lots of things to do right at the property for those who don’t want to travel, but our group did multiple day trips to the surrounding mountains for ATV rides, fishing , and to play at lakes which are less than an hour from the property.This was one of the best Vrbo properties that we have ever stayed at. We experienced a couple of minor inconveniences, but the hosts were quick to respond and help. Overall great property.

House was as described in Vrbo portfolio with ample room for large groups. The yard is small and on a slope which made it a challenge for outdoor yard games. Having the two decks was great for family time outdoors (we loved the two shades on the back deck that were used for the late afternoon sun). The only thing we would caution other guests on is if you have someone (elderly or poor health) with mobility issues, this house may be an issue as there is not a bedroom on the main floor, just an office that has a couch. This property provided our family the room we needed for our group size.

More Room Than You Think

We spent a couple of days at Beck's Ranch for girls camp... we absolutely loved it. The girls could sing loud without disturbing anyone (except leaders ) and had plenty of space to gather all together or hang out in groups or if you needed a quiet place to rest, you could find it. I hope we can come back! Thank you!

Family Reunion

It was so great. Room for everyone. Very comfortable. It IS country so a bit of a problem with flies and house was dusty but overall excellent. Lots of games. The adults loved the freebie golf. Lots of room in the garage for crafting. We would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Family Reunion

This place made for a magical family reunion. Such a fun place and big enough for our whole family. The area is so beautiful and tranquil. The host was very accommodating and made the whole process so easy for us. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Rejuvenating Ranch with Fun Activities for Family Reunion

Great! We love that back deck. Played several games back there. Ate breakfast back there, and we actually saw a badger out in the pasture one morning, which was surprising. The first night we saw 3 impressive bucks all together, in that same pasture. The pool table was fun, also the family had alot of fun with the ping-pong table in the garage. Kitchen was awesome, had plenty of room for our family reunion. Alyse the property manager was very accommodating, ensured we were comfortable, answered any questions we had, and confirmed we had what we needed. Also has a great sense of humor. All I can say is I would love to take care of that ranch. It's beautiful. And in a wonderful location. I loved to see the pictures in the entryway of the progression of this beautiful building Beck family built. We would love to visit again. I'm sure this place is amazing in the winter months.

Ranch house

This is a wonderful place to stay! No neighbors to worry about, LOTS of provided games for all ages, clean air and beautiful country. We saw deer, bunnies, cranes, and even a badger! We really hated to leave!

Lovely home in a beautiful location

What a great place for our family reunion! There was tons of space for everyone and lots of stuff to do — ping pong, a pool table, a hot tub, lots of games for both indoor and outdoors. It was nice to have two refrigerators, a nice gas griddle on the patio, and a spacious kitchen. And the setting was so beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoyed exploring the area — there’s lots to see and do in that valley. We did have an issue with the water while we were there, but the owners quickly went out of their way to take care of it for us. They were so responsive and helpful. We’d love to come back again.

Perfect place for our family reunion

We had 30 people of all ages. The house is very large and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We love the isolated location. The children can run and play outside without any worries about traffic and there are plenty of places to explore outside. We love to plan our own activities and don't need outside entertainment, so it is the perfect location for us. Loved the large room and tables in the garage for craft projects, the large living room with TV and lots of seating, nice kitchen, and the tree swings are the best!

Seclusion!

If you want seclusion, this is your place! The family enjoyed playing outside, plus the indoor activities, such as pool, kept everyone busy! The hot tub was very popular!!
