Overall great property, easy check in, clean place. Reason for the 3/5 rating: I got called 2 hours before check in that the wifi router is broken and they will fix it by the following day. Following day they brought the wrong router and couldn’t fix it. That same day we noticed a huge puddle by the toilet and notified them that its leaking and we turned off the water to protect the bathroom floor. They told me they’ll send a plumber out that day. No one came. I checked in and they said they can’t get a plumber out until the following day which is Saturday. I also had to check in about the wifi and how it’s not working and they said now they have to order a new router so they don’t know when it will be done. Then supposedly a plumber came and fixed it but we didn’t see a difference with the toilet at all. Obviously this was frustrating, not having wifi and relying on our phone services out in the mountains is NOT ideal. I understand things happen like this, but maybe checking on the property a couple days in advance to make sure everything is working would be something to consider. It was my wedding weekend so this was NOT something I wanted to deal with. I did NOT appreciate how the property managers handled this situation. There were 2 different people communicating to me through messages and then calling me separately as well. After the stay I get a message that they are requesting 5 star review or do NOT leave a review at all- very unprofessional.
