The breakfast room was locked at least 5 minutes before closing while guests inside were still eating, but no one new was allowed in. "The floors in the bathroom and the main room were not that clean."

"Almost everything in the room was broken. Door handles, sink faucet, door locks. Bedding did not match the bed size. Clogged sink and bathtub, direct tv showing no signal most of the time. Nobody was at the front desk most of the time and when they were they didn’t care. On site restaurant is horrible. Don’t stay here."

"Hot tub closed … after we called ahead to make sure it was open , disappointing but whatever . We booked this hotel because our car broke down/ on a Saturday. Obviously no shops were open till Monday. So Monday morning we decided to add another night to be safe in case car was not ready . Well turns out our car was ready an hour after check out . Expedia understood our situation and agreed to cancel the one night if hotel agreed ( have proof of that in a chat ) . I went to front desk explaining...

"Parking is offsite yet I do not recall any mention of that when booking. Also the entrance to the hotel from Superior, street entrance cross the street the from parking structure, did not allow of entrance to the hotel, only exit. This seemed odd given this entrance appeared to have been setup with keypad access at one time."

"Everything was inside the building with shops, three restaurants, and brewery. Fitger's is right on the lake shore which is great and you can walk to Canak Park."

"It is a nice looking hotel with good breakfast and great location. Our heater did make noise but we didn't complain so I don't know if they could have/would have fixed it. It is a fairly long walk from EV charging (they don't have their own) so I might not stay there again but I love being the closest to the liftbridge."

One thing that I would love to say to the property owners, is that the shower in the Equestrian Suite did not have functioning hot water. Not sure if the hot water was shut off, or what.
