    Premier location in the heart of Downtown Fairhope. Upscale, anticipating and meeting all of your needs and wants.
    Great for families, extended stays or a weekend getaway. Come and enjoy all that Fairhope has to offer. Live like a local at this one of a kind location!

    One of a kind property in the heart of downtown Fairhope. You have access to the whole house, carport has a lit seating area, ping pong table and Bicycles are there for your enjoyment!

    Parking is somewhat limited. Two vehicles can fit under the carport. You access the unit by using the stairs that are connected to the carport.

    I am always available. I live minutes from the property and I am happy to help with any requests that you may have.

    In the heart of Downtown Fairhope. Bike or walk to all of the shops/restaurants.
    5 min bike to the Mobile Bay for a one of a kind Eastern Shore sunset!

    We have 4 bikes on site. Guests can walk to just about anywhere in town.

Absolute best house right in the heart of downtown! Well appointed & super clean! Loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants with ease. And a very attentive host made our experience so easy. Couldn’t recommend this property more, & we will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient in downtown Fairhope - easy walk to shopping and restaurants but tucked away for a quiet stay. The home was clean, well decorated and had nice amenities. Our host Billy stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and provided very nice welcome happies. We would stay here again and recommend the host and location

Tasteful and well furnished!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings and the decor are tasteful and yet very comfortable. This is the nicest VRBO I’ve ever had the occasion to use. And the location is perfect.

Highly recommended!

It was an absolute joy to stay here this week. The place was even nicer than the pictures and description online. Billy was a great host - extremely attentive and made sure we felt welcome. It’s in walking distance to everything. If you love Fairhope, you’ll love this place.

Wedding weekend

Our daughter and her bridesmaids stayed at this lovely home the weekend of her wedding. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There were even special treats and beverages for the bridal party, that were enjoyed by all. I would highly recommend this place again.

Wow. Great place. Great location. Incredible host. This host goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and at home. All my guests raved about the stay and how awesome it was. I also had family staying at a local hotel visit us and rave about the place. I even took pics of where the incredibly comfortable pillows came from. Best Air BB stay yet.

Beautiful place, great location, great for traveling with toddler! We booked our stay for a wedding and we had a lovely time! Prior to our arrival, our host gave clear instructions on how to enter and offered us a pack n play for our daughter. When we arrived there was a pack n play with linens provided, a high chair, and toys ready for use. An added bonus was the Fairhopers Community park practically in the backyard of the where we were able to take our daughter to play. We were also provided with amazing welcome snacks and delicious local coffee to drink in the morning. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping. As a Mobile native, I truly enjoyed the opportunity to visit and stay in lovely downtown Fairhope for the first time in many years. Thanks for a lovely trip!
