This property has everything you need for a relaxing coastal holiday - even your dog can join you! (Pet surcharge applies).

Downstairs you'll find a separate living area with 2 x 3 seater leather couches ,LCD TV and DVD/Blu Ray, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning plus a large games room perfect for the kids (table tennis table, games table & Wi-Fi.)

In the upstairs living area you'll be cosy in winter and cool in summer with reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, gas log fire, comfortable leather couches (seating 6) and smart TV with Netflix.

*Modern kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher

*Large deck area to take in the views with seating for 8 and a gas BBQ.

*Three bedrooms (2 with PQB, one with 2 bunks), three bathrooms, two living areas.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Highly recommend, great views and accomodation

We had a fantastic time at the property and the views were magnificent. The games room & downstairs bedroom was perfect for our teenage boys. Close proximity to local cafes, Aireys pub and General store were handy.

Filthy house, great view

Amazing property, view and location. Although the cleaning and sanitation was no where up to an acceptable standard. Unwashed floors, filthy fingerprint covered cupboards and chairs, dog stench and a blocked bathroom sink full of hair. Filthy couch pillows that need replacing and a bathroom door that didn’t latch. All this during covid when the standard should be allot higher. Also not handled well by management, as we were blamed for arriving while the cleaner was still cleaning which was AFTER check in time. Then offered compensation for the condition which was then retracted. Won’t be booking again.

Amazing property and view.

Great location and property. Has everything you need for your stay. Two living areas and table tennis table great for kids. We’ll stocked kitchen. Would stay again. Property wasn’t ready at checkin due to cleaner shortage due to covid and linen from last person wasn’t collected for two days. These issues are small and covid related. I find the property manager’s policy of not including linen very annoying given the high price of the property.

Fantastic house and location.

The house was what we expected and more, and fit our needs. It was very clean. The up-to-date vogue magazines on the coffee table were lovely touch . The view was amazing and the table tennis table kept us entertained. Location was perfect being walking distance from fairhaven beach. Will book again!
