My wife, daughter and myself was really excited about spending our three day getaway at the courtyard Marriott. We were especially excited about the opportunity to using the swimming pool and the hot tub however the pool was not very clean and extremely cold and the hot tub was taped off due to mechanical issues. So this being the highlight of our stay it really was disappointing to me and my family. We were also in need of ice every morning for our small cooler however it was a bit of an inconvenience due to the fact that the ice maker on our floor was out of order and so we had no other alternative but leave our third floor lodging and travel to the first floor level where the only functioning ice maker was located on the premises. And to only add to the injury my daughter's room was in need of the engineering department to make needed repairs to the faucet assembly. But other than the mention situations our stay was tolerable and in expectation considerable compensation for the lack of transparency of the existing conditions that truly affected the satisfaction of our visit.
