"My wife and I stayed at the property from April 25th to May 3rd on vacation to celebrate our 37th Wedding Anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay and found the host, Christine Britton, to be very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. Christine did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will be coming back whenever we visit New Bern (my wife’s hometown) in the future. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends and family."

"Alana was incredible to work with and accommodated our extended stay as a loved one had a medical emergency in the area.The area was safe, the views of sailboats in the harbor was wonderful, and my wife and I enjoyed the quietness of a resort and the convenience of a washer and dryer as our stay turned into a week!"

"Comfortably furnished home as described. Enjoyed the coffee bar. We were here on some very hot days and had outdoor activities planned. Thank goodness for washer & Dryer. Had A/C issues but had consistently prompt response from property manger, service tech and owner. Kitchen had basics. Great coffee bar! Lovely sunroom & deck overlooking beautiful back yard trees."

"We had the best stay! Clean and plenty of room for 2-4 people. The beds downstairs were so comfortable (we didn’t use the loft). It had everything we needed; towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, etc. which made our travels easy. It is conveniently located to Havelock, Morehead City, and Newport. "

"We were very pleased with the property. We brought our 25’ center console and was able to maneuver it and park at the dock. Water depth at the dock is around 3-4’ depending on which way the wind is blowing. The water depth varied between 4-5” in the 3 days we were there but was still plenty for the boat. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to coming back! Thanks Brooke and Red!"
