"It's a nice hotel but I could not contact it for reconfirm neither via phone or email. Nice laundry space on floor five, great amenities, breakfast is also delicious."

"施設や設備は適切にメンテナンスされ、綺麗で清潔です バスタブがあれば最高でした"

"Estuvo excelente todo"

"Quiet and professional"

"Staff are super nice"

"Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....

"Mitt imellan Xian North tågstation och Xian centrum. Perfekt läge med bra frukost till ett rimligt pris."

"Breakfast very good Nice staffing Very clean room"

"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."

"The room is good, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is most helpful."

"The staff was over the top with helping me, especially Eva at the desk and Warren at the door. I hadn’t set up any local trips before I arrived but they took care of taxis and getting me an outstanding English guide (“Wang”) at the Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site. Unfortunately the laundry prices were a little high. I had a full load, 9 tee shirts for instance, with the associated clothing, not much else that cost over $100 to get done. The pool and restaurant are in another building,...

"Molto gentile la manager della reception, l'unica a parlare inglese. Per essere un international hotel la valutazione non può essere positiva"

"Gooda gooda"

"日本人の短期滞在VISA免除を理解しておらず、パスポートコピーを入室後も2回求められた。"

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a unique style and atmosphere. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, took even care of our laundry."
