"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again.
But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us)
Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

The Staff, they were lovely.
Breakfast was delicious.
Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding.
The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered.
Not so good:
Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party.
Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

"Accommodation quality roughly in line with what you would expect for the price. Basic facilities but functional. Aircon didn't work so room was a little cooler than ideal. Room power was cut in the morning.
Basic breakfast with a small range of options.
