Welcome to the perfect residence for any visitors or discerning holidaymakers/visitor seeking secure, deluxe, self-catering accommodation in the heart of the City of Exeter in the County of Devon.

This is a gorgeous & unique property in every way; probably it is one of a kind.. huge windows with plenty of light and beautiful views along Southernhay.

You can stay for a minimum of 5 nights in low season but preferably longer.

The apartment has been recently refurbished and is on the first floor of a beautiful Grade II listed building in Southernhay which is in central Exeter just moments from the Combined Court Building, the Gothic Cathedral, Princesshay shopping district and the Quay. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are within walking distance. Friendly concierge Monday to Friday

When it comes to preparing your apartment, there's no corner-cutting. It is furnished to a very high standard plus you will receive a very personal service to allow you to relax and enjoy your visit. This is genuinely your home from home.

This brand new first floor apartment is beautifully arranged over 85 square metres and it is accessed by lift or stairs. The design is modern and cool and it's furnished to a very high standard with oak floors thoughout. It comprises two bedrooms, each with King size beds (one can be split to two singles) and luxury cotton bedding; one en suite shower room, basin and WC plus a second bathroom with a wonderful deep bath, hand basin and WC. Each bathroom has heated mirrors and we provide handsoaps and bathroom bubbles.

WI FI is included & there is secure parking on site too. We are completely pet free and Non Smoking.

The beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, drinks/wine fridge, Nespresso machine, Quooker fusion tap, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (and washer-dryer) is ready for any serious cook.

Meat and Veg boxes from a local supplier can be delivered at your convenience.

Finally, there's a large Lounge with 3 huge sash windows overlooking Southernhay Gardens in which you can entertain, relax and unwind. There is a smart TV, DVD player and Roberts CD/DAB radio. The dining table can seat 6 should you chose to dine at home.

Luxury linens and towels are provided as well as a very generous welcome pack and for the special occasion, there's also a visiting beautician (who must be pre-booked) & laundry service

There is a mini-gym on site and if you are here for business meetings, you can hire the stunning boardroom, subject to availability.

There is also a friendly on site concierge service to make your stay a pleasant one & assist with bookings, table reservations, outside laundry etc. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Deliveroo is in Exeter too. Secure parking too!

8 minute cab ride from Exeter Train Station and 15 minutes from Exeter Airport.

Secure gated car park. Stunning new Pool with gym 5 minutes away. Numerous restaurants and cafes to explore. EV charging to be paid for.

Excellent apartment in a very good building. This is a very well equipped and modern apartment with many amenities and was exactly as described or better. Tina, our host, was always available and responsive. Great location in Exeter just a short walk from the cathedral and shopping district and the central railroad station. This is a great stay and we recommend it without reservation

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful week at Tina's place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great as you are a very short walk to the city centre and about 10 minutes from the Quay. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal if you wanted and the dining area has a beautiful table to enjoy it. The lounge area has extremely comfy sofas and is enjoyable to relax and watch great selection of tv channels after a day out. I highly recommend this place, one of the best we have stayed in. Wonderful experience

This is a beautifully furnished apartment in a lovely area just outside the cathedral close. Everything about the apartment, building, and area was fabulous. Tina is a warm and responsive host. Fantastic apparent in the best location

This apparent is absolutely wonderful, it has everything you need and is spotless. Location is the best so close to everything in the City. Tina is a fantastic host checking in regularly to make sure all is OK. I strongly recommend this apartment.

We spent a week in this beautifully appointed apartment which is within walking distance of the Cathedral, Quay, shopping area and train/bus stations. First Class Choice

An extremely well-appointed and equipped apartment in a splendid, excellently refurbished and listed ex hospital building and within easy walking distance of central Exeter, the Cathedral, Guildhall, parks etc. Tina is a most attentive and helpful host and provided what was probably the finest welcome pack we have yet come across. You would be hard pushed to do better for a stay in Exeter.

Stylish central apartment

From the moment I booked to stay at this apartment the communication with the host was great... From collection of keys to checking to see if we were all in ok and if we were satisfied with the apartment. The Apartment is in an ideal location for visiting both the Cathedral and The Quay..great for restaurants, shopping and to generally experience Exeter. The apartment has a top spec for all appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with an outstanding goodies from the host. The beds were so comfortable and the bath and walk in shower were both a big hit We will definitely be visiting agai

Fantastic City Break

The photos of this property enticed us to book it for a week. The property did not disappoint - extremely well fitted out, very comfortable (including a lovely bed) and a very generous welcome pack as well. Right in the heart of the city, close to the shops and the historic heart of Exeter and a secure parking space as well! We simply loved our time here and will return.

Very comfortable flat if you want to explore the city of Exeter

The decor was particularly tasteful and the quality of the furnishings and equipment was excellent. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds with really lovely bedlinen. Situated just behind the historic cathedral and the high street yet away from the hustle and bustle of crowds and traffic it was lovely to be able to amble into the centre in minutes without having to worry about parking. We would highly recommend.

Great apartment and fab host

Spent a week in the apartment and found it an ideal base for exploring Exeter and the surrounding area. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. All appliances are top quality and it is really well decorated. It was also great to arrive and not have to worry about those initial essentials like bread and milk and added to that Tina had gone the extra mile. So much more was provided to save us sprinting out for a first meal which was really appreciated. Thanks!
