"Second time staying at this location and it’s been amazing both times. Location across the street from Target Field was perfect for us as we were going to a ballgame. It’s also on the main Blue/Green lines for transit so you can zip around the city with ease. The full kitchen was great, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The 18th floor common area is a great place to hang out before the game. Only negative thing about the property is the parking as you have to pay a third party...

"From booking to checkout, Joe was quick to respond and easy to work with. The property was perfect for 4 employees in the area for a 3 day project. If and when we are back in the area, we would definitely stay at this property again. "

"I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

"We had an excellent stay and found our contact to be very responsive. We were given giving a bit of a late checkout which was very much appreciated!"

"It was nice. Little short on sleeping places but kids slept on floor. Teenagers disappointed in no wifi but parents thought it was a good thing. Overall it worked for our family to all be in one place instead of all hotel rooms for a family wedding "

"This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place...

"We loved staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of Linden Hills. It's a short and pleasant walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and retail, and an equally as short and pleasant walk to Lake Harriett. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Quiet, secure, clean, and enjoyable!"

"The property is so cute & has everything you could need! The property owner was quick to reply and kept us updated during our entire stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will stay again if we are in the area!"

"People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location."

"This apartment is so lovely and furnished well. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and simple way. The electronic locks worked well and we enjoyed our stay. "

"Malik’s home was just right for our family! We did bring a couple of air mattresses as we have 5 boys. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone! We were able to spread out to relax and watch movies. The hot tub was a big hit! We used the kitchen for a couple of meals, which worked great. His communication was clear and prompt. "
