"Definitely one of my favorite places I've ever stayed and I've been a lot of places. From the camper to the fire pit with wood included to the s'mores fixings to the hot tub to the theatre to the thoughtful pet friendly touches. I could have stayed forever and definitely hope to return sooner than later! "

"The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. "

"What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! "

"What a lovely place. Everything we needed and then some. Would stay here again. So relaxing. The view, ping pong, & super happy to discover puzzles for us to do on the rainy day!(Only issue we had was it was wasp season & they kept getting in. Glad they were slow ones!)"

"This property is very nice and inviting. It is handicap friendly in some aspects. Bathrooms have grab bars and a ramp entry way. Unfortunately, the living room is furnished with parlor chairs and low sitting couch. My husband has back issues, so finding a comfortable chair to sit on was a challenge. He ended up using a wooden chair with a pillow on the seat and a pillow for his back. The only recliner available for sitting was in the master bedroom. The kitchen seating available are...

"Even being dog friendly this property was kept very clean, the beds were comfortable and the home was very spacious! "

"This newly remodeled home was perfect for our family. There were four of us but there was room for two more to sleep. Everything was so clean! We loved the fact that the owner immediately responded when we had questions. The house is walking distance to the cute main street in Big Stone Gap and there are lots of beautiful hiking paths in the nearby mountains. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Only problem I saw was no chlorine tablets in hot tub other than that perfect stay"

"Melody was a wonderful and thoughtful host. We had everything we could have wanted or needed including wood for the fire pit. The pictures do not do the property justice. The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable. The yard was wonderful. We have friends here that we visit at least annually and this will be my go to spot for lodging moving forward. "
