House itself was fantastic! Great location & quiet area. Communication with the host was wonderful & prompt as well. If I came to Evansville with a group again, I’d 100% book here again! :)

Communication was great. Place was clean and newly updated. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Check the TV to make sure you can login. Hosts were very responsive.

Great inside the house. Wonderful with having stocked items for bathrooms and kitchen. Easy to work with and answered any questions right away. Close to great areas.

Communication with the host was great.Large home fit all 11 of us across three floors.Top floor: 1 room with queen bed, 1 room with 2 bunk beds - mattresses on bunk beds are tall so there really isn’t a barrier to keep someone from falling off and there is a ceiling fan right above one of them, loft area with tv, and 1 bathroom with tub.Main floor: 1 room with queen bed and a very large closet, living room, bathroom with tub, dining area, and kitchen - no dishwasher.Basement: game room with tv and pool table, 2 bedrooms with full beds, and bathroom with shower.None of the bedrooms have TVs.We were able to fit three cars - 2 in the driveway and one out front.House does have a nice backyard, we just didn’t use it.We were able to get in and out of the house with ease - the door lock worked perfectly every time, this has been a struggle with previous VRBOs we’ve stayed in.
