"We spent four nights at the hotel; our room was never cleaned even though I let staff know third day in the morning, and again at night when we came back and room still wasn’t cleaned, every time staff pretended or imaginary notes; because today at checked it was no record of my request; what a surprise!
But they were fast to charge for parking; first night we had issue with WiFi connection, my husband called service desk and was told if he can’t connect we have to pay for WiFi; what a surprise!...

Garage self-parking was free and easy in/out and short safe walk to hotel lobby. Lots of support columns in the parking garage to navigate through. Great experience overall and will rebook."

"I love trying new hotels, particularly ones that are unique to the settings/environment. I love knowing the history of the building and checking out how that history was incorporated into the design.

"This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value.
My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. Second, the room was freezing when I entered, called the front desk and they told me it was due to the sudden change in weather and told me it would warm up.
