I never got to stay in the room I paid for due to delayed check-in instructions that they sent me after I was informed everything was good to go. I was traveling by car. I'm not checking emails while driving. Now they refuse to give me my money back. I'm glad i didn't stay there bc when I drove up, the place looked like a dump! Wouldn't guess that by photos they share, but I was glad i couldn't get in the room. They have a QR code to scan to get you to your room, but nothing showed up under my name, so I had to drive another hour to the next town. They suck!!
