A large family lived below that smoked weed
Check in was ok . A woman called me before noon and said we could check in early the day of travel and said she usually checks in with guest She never checked in with me until the day of travel . We got to the place and there was a bunch of people underneath us . The kids wanted to play a game on the deck however , we were unable to stay on the deck because of the overwhelming weed smell. We went inside . My granddaughters 11&12 years old were unpacking and playing games on the floor . We were very tired . Around 4am our dog had to go outside . My daughter took the dog outside and came back within 15 minutes . We were all in bed by midnight . Mind you we were on vacation . The next day I received a text saying we were loud . The room had very creaky floors . I told the lady we were forced inside due to the weed smoking . Her reply was they had a medical marijuana card . There were several people smoking it . As for us being loud , we were not loud except maybe when my daughter had to take our dog out at 4am . I have staymany places using VRBO throughout many years and always had good reviews . There were different people coming and going from the unit below that we stayed gone the entire day until 11:30pm the next day to avoid going back to that place . Our vacation was completely ruined and we were nervous the rest of our stay . I even text the lady back asking for a refund so we could get other lodging . We were already nervous staying there . I do not recommend.
