Quaint Victorian cottage, sleeps six. Includes two full bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, full furnished kitchen on large serene lot adjoining Leatherwood creek and nestled up against the bluff of East Mountain yet within easy walking distance to the shops, clubs and restaurants of downtown Eureka Springs. Free parking for up to five cars. Enjoy the peaceful Ozark surroundings but leave your car at the cottage and enjoy the nightlife of Eureka Springs.

The property was in a fantastic location, about a 5 minute drive to anywhere downtown. It was very pet-friendly. The heating system is a mini-split on each level of the house so it does not provide adequate heat to the entire home.The property was extremely unclean especially the walls, toilet, bathtub, and floors. We did clean the toilet and tub in order to use them. There was not any laundry detergent for the washer that would have been helpful for washing the towels used to clean the property. This place definitely has potential but needs a major deep clean.

Host was very helpful with the information before arriving to our destination. Once there , we enjoyed everything about the property as usual. It’s our favorite place to get away. We make so many memories there and we intend on going back.

The cottage is adorable and the host was very welcoming. The location is perfect. Beds were comfortable and cozy.My only complaint is the heating system. It was a cold weekend and the inside did not warm more than 62 degrees.

The house was beautiful! Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. Loved that there is ample parking on site. And the walk to downtown was flat and really close to the start of the stores. We would definitely stay again.

The property could use a deep cleaning, dusty, cob webs on some of the furniture, some dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the beds were comfortable, was nice having two bathrooms. I believe the pictures online were old.

My family of 6 people, including 5 year old twins stayed here and loved our time at the house. It gave us everything we needed and the 5 year olds LOVED the jetted tub for their bubble baths. Great location for us and we appreciated the parking spaces as it was a really busy weekend in Eureka. The host was very easy to work with and we would be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable inside, but did not expect so many stairs to the bedrooms. Comfortable beds, nice spacious bathrooms and jacuzzi. Outside needs landscaping and a coat of paint would make the house sparkle. Loved the location, just a short drive to downtown Eureka Springs.

Wedding getaway

We came to town for a wedding. This little cottage was the perfect location to anything and everything. Anywhere we needed to drive was minutes away. The day we wanted to check out the downtown shops, we loaded up the stroller and walked into town only maybe a half mile away. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Eureka. This little cozy cottage definitely embodies the vintage feel of the town.
