"This a beautiful home, and the host was the best we have had in previous houses! The house was immaculate, and all amenities needed were provided. The communication with a host is so important, and he was so easy to reach, and so very helpful to me with a problem I was having. You will LOVE this house!!! "

"We were in town for a 4 day event at the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center. My son and I stayed at the cottage and it was everything we wanted/needed. It was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Its location was perfect for the event (5 min away) and had several restaurants/grocery stores within a short drive. We stayed at a rental instead of a hotel to allow us to cook /eat in and everything we needed to do that was provided. We could not have picked a bette place to stay...

"The property is quaint and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and my family. My biggest complaint is the bathroom has no way to recycle the air or window to open because there is no screen in the window. I live in an older home and my remedy to the absent air vent is the modern light/vent combo that, although there's no venting up and out of the house, it cycles the air in the room to eliminate odors and address moisture. They sell them at Menards or home depot. My only other issue,...

"The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

"We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. "We came to SC for Gridlife and I couldn’t reccomend this property more, it was worth the 40 min drive to the event each day! Elliott is an amazing host.. the communication was 10/10. The home/property was beautiful and the area felt safe and private if you’re looking for privacy! It couldn’t have been better & we will definitely be back. If you’re debating it, just go ahead and hit confirm. I promise you won’t regret it! :)"
