Charming Tiny House with Hot Tub and big fenced yard! Private location!

  • You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Cute and cozy Tiny home with a great outdoor space! Large fully fenced yard, very pet friendly! There’s a relaxing covered outdoor deck with the spa, bbq, and comfy outdoor furnishings. Make a fire in the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Directly between Eureka and Arcata makes this an easy spot to unwind in the country with only a 5 minute easy drive to either town. Great privacy close to town!
    The Tiny house is well appointed with nice compact kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove and large sink. Small couch, 55” smart tv mounted on the wall. One full bathroom with a corner shower unit, vanity and toilet. The loft area is accessed up a ladder stair. There is a full sized bed with small shelf nook and beautiful views of the redwoods next door. There is a small covered deck with a large two person spa, bbq and comfy seating outside.

This was a lovely tinyplace with a perfectly fenced yard and a super cute little hot tub. It felt completely private from the parking to the door. Host was super fast with communication and the tiny house was stocked with everything needed.

This was such a lovely mini vacation. The property is so cute! I wish I would’ve brought my dog, the yard is perfectly fences off for them. It’s so green and serene. The birds chirping add to that extra sparkle. The jacuzzi after a day of hiking is the cherry on top. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again, but next time I’m bringing my doggo

Tiny living isn't for everyone, but for my dog and I, it had everything we needed. Awesome place and super easy to communicate with the owner.

This charming place could not be more perfect for our situation. We were visiting my brother-in-law from out of town who is on the full spectrum & non speaking autism. Coincidentally this place not only accommodated our two boarder collies who had free run of the grass yard all enclosed giving us a peace of mind, but it happened to be a block away from where my brother-in-law lives. We drove 4hours away straight after work to enjoy the amazing hot tub on the private deck. The bed was dreamy comfortable and very quiet location making for a much needed good night sleep. The place is all brand new equipped with all convenience. We found our future place to stay whenever we go to visit our “Gulliver”;)

First time in a tiny house - loved it!

This was our 1st time in a tiny house & it was wonderful. We’re in our 50’s so we did discover that having a bed upstairs may be a little too young for us ….especially in the middle of the night! However, everything else was perfect! Communication was quick, we felt very private, the hot tub was clean. It could have been a little cleaner, but….I’m in cleaning so maybe I noticed more than others.
