    Perfect for University of Oregon campus visit, sports or social events.
    Brand new townhouse built on an elevated land with amazing view overlooking the forest and city at far. Situated in an organized, quite and clean neighborhood, yet close to UO, Hayward field, Okway Center, Jane Sanders Stadium, Matt Knight Arena. 10 min. drive to UO, 16 minutes walk to Moon Mountain trail head. This 3-bedroom house has a king, a queen and a twin bed for all you need for a relax but fun get away.

    After you open the front door, you will be welcomed by the warm bright nature light from the deck all the way at the back of the house.
    This townhouse has an open floor plan with living room connecting the kitchen that has a large island perfect for group cooking, chatting, eating, laughing, play video game (wii) and watching TV. The sliding door next to dinning table leads you to a cozy deck to enjoy the sun set with a cool drink to wine down for the day
    Bedrooms
    The Master bedroom features a King Size beds with soft linens, extra pillows, a smart TV and a desk. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a desk, The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a desk. Each room has a closet with hangers and plenty of storage for a short or lengthy visit.

    Bathroom is designed for convenience and amenities you need or forgot. You’ll have a bathtub, shower, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, iron, towels and plenty of storage.

Very clean place with nice decor, ample space, and an incredible view from the patio. Beds were also very comfortable. Each bedroom has a desk, and the master has a large bathroom and walk in closet, great for stowing luggage out of the way. There’s also a crib in the walk in closet, and I could see that being a nice option if traveling with a baby. Everything is labeled and there are clear instructions left for guests…a welcome change from the mysterious I’ve often encountered while traveling.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was so cozy, clean, and welcoming, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We really enjoyed spending time playing the games that were provided and working on a puzzle together. It made the stay feel even more relaxing and homey. We also appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities, especially the EV charger. It was so convenient and a huge bonus for us. The host was very helpful, and all of the directions and check-in information were clear and easy to follow. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Eugene. Highly recommend!
