"The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The bed was super comfortable and it seemed fairly quiet for the most part. My only complaint is the door had a large gap at the bottom that I think contributed to being able to hear everything so when people came in late and were loud, it was like they were in the room with us. "The staff at every shift was welcoming and helpful. Fridge and food shelves were always stocked. The rooms were clean, showers were nice and the water pressure was strong. First time staying here, no problems or issues to report. Would stay here again. "

"The room as cool. Very Retro and perfectly “Eugene” themed with several references to movies in wall art. Mini fridge present but no microwave so no way to heat leftovers. Room was not cleaned to the standard I had expected for the price paid for the room. Location was perfection for attending a show at the Hult Center and an easy walk to get drinks at the bars afterward! "

"No pets parking was cramped the room stunk the wall are made of paper could here everything in the two rooms beside us I couldn’t believe the floors there was wholes in the floors covered up by carpet you could trip walking on them would never recommend this place stay clear "

"We had a group of 5--3 adults and 2 kids--and everyone had a bed! That's not easy to find! When I first walked in I was scared-- only 1 bed! But then I saw the door at the back, which was a bedroom holding the other bed. AWESOME! We reheated our dinner in the handy microwave, and had a good night's sleep.
