  • Welcome to The Meeting House Room 1 - 20 Boulevard

    Offering 2 queen beds, a comfy window seat, and a huge master bath, this room is perfect for small families or even friends on a getaway!

    The Meeting House is where community happens! Located at 20 Blvd in Carlton Landing, we are a coffee shop, restaurant, sports bar, and generally awesome concert venue that serves craft beer, amazing wine, and yummy adult beverages! Kids keep us busy making our hand-crafted Blue Bell milkshakes! We have a variety of great Carlton Landing and Meeting House t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and other cool gifts as well! Come join us, stay awhile, make new friends, and laugh with old ones!

    The Meeting House offers 3 absolutely beautiful suites upstairs! Each room is extremely comfortable complete with en suite bathrooms. Located on the second floor of The Meeting House, guests will be in the center of the action! Being the only place in Carlton Landing that offers nightly room rentals, The Meeting House suites are a favorite!

    The Meeting House is open
    Monday Thur Thursday- 8am to 2p
    Friday and Saturday- 8am to 10pm
    Sunday- 8am to 2pm Closed for Church from 10am to 11am

    **Full Disclosure-If you are looking for a quiet place on the weekend or have a certain bedtime this is not the ideal spot for you. The meeting house is hopping downstairs, guests and neighbors hang out outdoors until about 11 pm.

    The Meeting House guest parking is located in the parking lot behind The Meeting House.

    If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

    Meeting House en-suites at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of amenities. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Please visit for water park and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rental availability.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Meeting House in Carlton Landing. The only negative was that it was noisy at times due to room being above the bar….but definitely not a deal breaker.

Eufaula Lake Escape

If you're not familiar with Eufaula Lake or the area, this location is the perfect option for you and a friend or family member who like to travel light. This two-bed studio with a huge bath is located above an awesome restaurant with free coffee and breakfast sandwiches for sale. Enjoy!

It is the center where everyone gathers because of the coffee shop. It was perfect and just a block from my kids house. They had so many friends there that there was no room for us - is why we stayed in the apt. It is nice to know we had the option of staying above The Meeting Place. There are 2 other rooms there too.

Nice room but Noisy and lacked A/C controller

Reviewer Comments: Stayed in Room 1 at the meeting house, it was a bit noisy in the morning with the crowd coming in downstairs to order food, just be aware. The larger issue was the fact that the room had no controls for A/C and the room was too warm to sleep comfortably. Again, the room was nice so I’m not complaining about that.

The only problem was we got there after dark, very cold night and couldn’t find the door to get in. Called the management company and got a recording, they didn’t call back till the next day! They need to give directions on how to get in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a last minute trip to Carlton Landing and snagged one of the 3 guest rooms above The Meeting House. We chose the room with 2 Queen beds which was like a charming hotel room. The room and bath were both very spacious and we had a view of the outdoor venue space downstairs. So convenient to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner (or just have drinks and hang out) at The Meeting House restaurant and bar below. The location within the community is great and we were able to walk to many of the amenities although golf cart rental is probably best. Communication with hosts was quick when needed.

Had a wonderful time even with the extremely hot temperatures during our stay. My only suggestion would be that the community needs to have a few more food options. The meeting house has a great menu, but other than there and the pizza place down the road there’s nowhere else within walking distance to eat. The food trucks were not open or available during our weekend day.

Cute home but some warnings!

Cute and clean room, works like a bed and breakfast (without breakfast included). We were warned about the noise so that was expected. But the bed was hard and the stopper on our tub was missing which was a main reason I booked this room. I did immediately send a maintenance request and they called me and said they would ask housekeeping about it but then they just said that it was there and they didn’t know what happened to it so I didn’t get to take a bath at all. The water was also very lukewarm most of the time, I sent that note immediately and when she called me back the next morning we had already gone and she then tried to explain that they have a big propane tank to heat the water but she wasn’t understanding that I was just saying the tank can’t accommodate that much at one time perhaps? I felt like she was being more argumentative with me instead of listening to what my concerns were, then said someone would call me again Monday, but no one did. The area of Carlton Landing is beautiful though, so we spent most of our time outside. Very pretty and safe feeling. We’d definitely come back to Carlton Landing but not stay here.

Great property with huge kitchen/entertaining area. Close proximity to Mama Tig's the Boat Dock. Easy to get to the Meeting House as well. Really enjoyed staying at this property and will definitely rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and very accommodating. We encountered several new people while staying there and everyone was so very nice and considerate for the most part. We enjoyed shopping at the pop up shops and just lounging beside the pool. If you are looking for a relaxing trip...this would be it!
