"Todo muy bien"

"Amazing staff and prompt responses to concerns. Our fridge was not cold and since they cannot fix it and unable to swap with another fridge, they offered a discount on our bill, and stored any perishables in their facility fridge."

"Liked the location."

"Great hotel in great location with excellent staff. The only slightly disappointing element was breakfast: while it was in a nice location - Hydra Restaurant right next to the hotel - choice was somewhat limited for guests with a B&B package."

"Area of town was not ideal but we were there for an appointment."

"It was fine the water station is crazy hahah"

"All the staff were great, the bed was heaven and the robes and slippers were great too. The pool was amazing. The staff ate extra courteous."

"Staff are very helpful and the rooms are great. Very comfortable bed with high quality linens. Boulevard restaurant is wonderful and they have a nice happy hour from 3-6pm. Great location"

"The first impression was with the staff upon check-in. Not very friendly or helpful. Considering the value of the hotel I expected more. Rooms were very hot. Beds comfortable enough. Coffee not great in the rooms. Better hotels out there."

"This is the Hotel to stay at if you want to be close to BC Place !! It is directly across the street. The view we had wasn’t great for the 700+ dollars I spent. Back alley and office towers. But it is very close to the venue. The staff are great. The fee for parking is ok. Again not great. My daughter left her phone and they immediately brought it out to us in the parking lot!!! Absolutely wonderful !! I didn’t get the rooms with the amenities box but all ok still love this place !!!"

"Appreciate the bathroom upgrade since our last stay."
