"Stay was good. The loacation is very nice and it worked very well for where we needed to be. The place could use some minor fixing up and maybe some fresh exterior painting. We wrapped our work up there a day early but paid for the full 11 days. Wish there could have been a way to get reimbursed for thate last day that we didn't stay."

"The apartment had plenty of space for us and had everything we needed for our short stay. Oddly, I never received the "usual" emails from Vrbo with arrival instructions, etc, I contacted the host directly for instructions. He was very helpful and responded quickly. We were pleased to find everything clean and tidy. There were a couple of minor things that need attention, which I am sure will be taken care of. "This was our second time staying here we returned because we loved it the first time! It’s a quaint comfortable cozy cabin very clean and Becky is a wonderful host! We didn't ski so I can’t speak to that it wouldn’t let me complete this review so I gave it 3 stars. It’s also a great location looking forward to going back! "

"Our group came to Portage to snowmobile and explore the trail system in this area. I chose the Lakehouse cause the pictures were sunny, warm and welcoming. The cabin was well stocked, clean, and comfortable...hot shower were a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Mary the host was very helpful."
