Adventure Awaits! This is a historic, charming 1925 cabin/studio (288 sq.ft) that was moved from RMNP. It has a beautiful blend of original character and updates. The cabin is located in one of the best areas of town. It is conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Estes Park, and 1 mile to the Beaver Meadows National Park Entrance. It is close to some of the most popular restaurants in Estes, and has a small grocery store just a minute away. You can go into town if you want to, or can avoid the downtown traffic with everything you need just minutes away.

This cabin was originally located in the Rocky Mountain National Park, and was relocated to our property at some point in time. It has new cabinets, counter top, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. It has a queen size memory foam mattress. Also a gas grill. It has the original floors to add mountain charm. It has new large beautiful windows, and is finished in a beautiful cozy mountain feel. It has a creek that attracts a lot of wildlife.

No Pets, No Smoking inside, No ATVs, No Motorcycles, No early check-in or late check-out to allow housekeeping to prepare for next guests.

2020 was an exceptionally difficult year for our vacation rentals. We've been through a pandemic where we were shut down and lost about 4 months of revenue and in the fall we dealt with unprecedented wildfires where the entire town of Estes was evacuated for 12 days.
PLEASE PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE!!
This protects the traveler and the owner in natural disaster situations that include, but are not limited to pandemics, Covid shutdowns, wildfires, floods, blizzards, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tsunamis, wind, rain, sleet, snow also car accidents, death or death of a family member, illness, asteroids, alien invasions, zombie attacks, war, terrorists attacks, riots or any other act of God. If you decide not to purchase trip insurance then I assume it is not an issue when you do not receive a refund.

The cabin is clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to down town and Estes Park. The only problem was a leaky toilet that emptied and filled kind of noisily through out the night, woke us up . Would stay here again

Sweet Little Cabin

This cabin was perfect for a stay in Estes with my husband! Location very close to the main entrance of RMNP, and downtown Estes. The bed was very comfortable, and we absolutely loved relaxing on the reclining love seat after a long day of hiking. Enjoyed seeing beautiful wildlife outside the cabin every day!

Awesome stay!

My wife and I stayed here and I have zero complaints! Everything was as advertised; the place was very clean, we were only a few minutes from Estes Park (depending on where you’re going in Estes), and we even saw a couple of elk right outside the front door! The BEST part was the communication with the host. I was having trouble logging into the WiFi (the mountains make it a little tricky), so I sent the host a text. She not only texted me back IMMEDIATELY, but she even called me right after she texted me to help me figure it out. I have NEVER had a host be that hospitable, and punctual. Most hosts take hours, sometimes not even the same day to respond. I couldn’t believe it. That, to me, was awesome. If you’re looking for a comfy, peaceful place to enjoy the mountains and Estes Park, definitely give this one a try!
