    Nuestra hermosa casa de montaña se encuentra en Estes Park, Colorado y es perfecta para familias. Estamos a pocos minutos del centro de Estes y también a la entrada del Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas.

    Nuestra casa es de aproximadamente 2,600 pies cuadrados y está situada en más de 1. 5 acres con afloramientos de rocas, pinos y abundante vida silvestre. Está en una calle pavimentada y tiene una entrada grande, con fácil acceso y una ubicación muy tranquila.

    Total de cuatro habitaciones: 2 en la planta superior ... una habitación con 2 camas queen y una con 1 cama queen. 2 dormitorios en planta baja ... uno con 1 cama queen y otro con 1 queen y 1 doble. Hay un montón de espacio para acomodar a toda su familia, ya que hay un total de 11 camas. Debido a las regulaciones de casas de vacaciones de Estes Park / Condado Larimer, Colorado, esta propiedad está limitada a un máximo de 10 ocupantes.

    Se proporcionan ropa de cama, mantas, almohadas, toallas, toallas y paños.

    La casa está situada justo en la base de la división continental y está rodeado de impresionantes vistas panorámicas de la hermana gemela de (13.000 '+), pico largo (14'000' +), y la propia división continental. La mayor parte de la vista es de los picos del Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas.

    En nuestra casa de sus vacaciones será una experiencia relajante de montaña. Se encuentra lejos del tráfico y el ruido en un camino pavimentado tranquilo. Disfrute de unas vacaciones en Estes Park durante todo el año. Situado en la propiedad tienen coyotes estado, zorros, marmotas, ardillas, osos negros, gran cantidad de aves y colibríes. También vemos un montón de ciervos mula y manadas de alces.

    Normalmente nos reservamos meses o semanas a la vez. Semanas junio hasta mediados de octubre se alquilan en un cheque en el sábado y salida el sábado siguiente. Reservas completas mes están sujetos a un descuento. Por favor llame para menos de reservas de una semana.

Hosts were outstanding to work with, communication was great, and directions were clear. "On the Rocks" is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. It would be difficult to find anyplace with a more spectacular view of Longs Peak and the other continental divide peaks from the spacious deck and living room! Great family-friendly rental with an easy check-in and check-out procedure, and we would be delighted to return.

The host was awesome with communication and very helpful with suggestions on things to do, and places to visit. Very informative and helpful from booking through checkout, as well as follow up after we checked out.The house was exactly as advertised and there were no surprises!! Located in a beautiful area, and close to RMNP , as well as town!!Definitely recommend this host and property to anyone interested in visiting Estes Park !!!5 stars from our family !!!

A week in RMNP

Our family had a great week of hiking and exploring RMNP. This location is minutes away from the park entrance and from downtown Estes Park, with spectacular views.

Amazing stay

The property itself is amazing. Beautiful views of the Rockies as well as wildlife all around. It is also located close to downtown Estes as well as to the Rocky Mountains entrance. Host is also great at communicating.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout our entire visit. Unfortunately, the hot water system went out during our stay, but this was completely outside of their control. What truly impressed us was how quickly they responded and how far above and beyond they went to make things right. They graciously allowed us to use another one of their nearby VRBO properties to shower, which made a huge difference for our family.The communication was top-notch from start to finish, and they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The kids loved having their own space, and the home itself was comfortable and inviting.The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time enjoying both the deck and the sunroom. As a gardener, I especially appreciated their kindness in letting me cut some of the invasive mullein growing on the property to bring home.Despite the unexpected hot water issue, we would not hesitate to stay here again. The owners' hospitality, responsiveness, and dedication to their guests made this a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! Easy check in, and great communication. The property was just as described, and we all had plenty of room. It is a great location just outside the south Rocky Mountain park entrance. Town is right down the road within a few minutes, and I will definitely stay here again.

Picture Perfect Mountain View

House on the Rocks was inviting and cozy. It provided all the amenities that we were looking for a Christmas/Graduation celebration. The hosts were so kind, had great communication, and check-in, and check-out were easy. The views were amazing, and the house is in a convenient location. we made many wonderful memories while staying here!
