  • Luxury front line 2 bedroom apartment in a gated development, metres from the sea with truly magnificentviews across to Gibraltar and the North African coast where you can relax to the sound of the waves on the large terrace.

    It is situated in Estepona on the New Golden mile, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. Adjacent to the main promenade in Estepona and a two minute walk to the wide sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants. The urbanisation is maintained to a good standard throughout. The apartment is south facing and the large terrace provides a great view of the beach and the sea. The living room is a good size and has a modern sofa area and a dining table for four people. On the terrace there are four comfortable sunbeds, a big lounge bed and a further dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons. There is a family shower room accessed from the hallway. The master bedroom has a large kingsize bed and provides an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is WIFI and TV with international channels. Parking for one car is provided under the building. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and a large supermarket.

    Estepona is a very charming traditional Spanish coastal village with a beautiful seafront walking promenade, sandy beaches, a lively old port and a traditional historical centre with a large choice of restaurants.

We loved the apartment with its large terrace, beautiful sea view and spacious interior. No trouble finding it and meeting up with Lorraine to give us access and explain various things and she was on hand if we had a query during our stay. Plenty of soap, loo paper, washing up liquid etc and beach towels were supplied. The position was also just right, a walk one way into Estapona along the coast, 15 minutes to the pretty Old Town and many restaurants, and a coastal walk in the other direction towards Marbella and our favourite restaurant Plata Beach. The Carrefore right behind the apartment provided all we needed with no annoying noise at all.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The piece de resistance was the large terrace overlooking the sea.. Two sun loungers, table and chairs and a lovely large round bed perfect for sitting in the shade.The apartment was so quiet which is surprising as it is so near to the Caffefor hypermarket.

Great Apartment in perfect location

Spent a week here with the family. The apartment is in a great location with restaurants and supermarket just a short distance away. Ten minute walk in to the lovely old town of Estapona. The apartment has well equipped spacious terrace with wonderful views of the sea.

Traumlage!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht zu toppen, der Blick von der wunderbaren Terrasse unschlagbar. Auf der anderen Seite der Supermarkt, dessen Angebot keine Wünsche offen lässt. In der Wohnung funktioniert soweit alles, allerdings ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sollten dringend renoviert werden. Sitzmöbel sind eher Gartenlounge-Ausstattung und das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer sehr schmal mit durchgelegener Matratze. Für etwas ältere Besucher nicht gut geeignet. Loraine ist einfach super, sie hat uns freundlich empfangen, alles erklärt und ist immer ansprechbar, wenn es nötig ist.

Amazing terrace, great location

Terrace/balcony is fantastic and very well furnished with day bed, sunloungers, and table and chairs. Can sit out even if raining due to the depth, catches a great amount of sun too. Views to Gibraltar and Morocco. Apartment is very well equipped and about 12 minutes walk along the beach promenade to the lovely old town. Large supermarket right next door makes shopping very easy.

Perfect holiday!

The property suited us perfectly - The location with stunning views from the terrace. Also easy access to the supermarket. No need to hire a car with such a lovely walk intoEstepona and amenities. Fantastic location

Lovely apartment in a great location, enabling that you can walk to most places in Estepona, especially the Old Town. The balcony is large with beautiful views and most days we could see Gibraltar & Morocco. The manager Lorraine, was very efficient & dealt with any issues that we had, very quickly. The only negative is that the outside of the blocks of apartments are rather shabby and in need of a paint, but the complex is very quiet. Property is next door to Carrefour supermarket, so very convenient.

Tolle Wohnung und super Lage

Wir sind gerade nach 14 Tagen zurück aus dem Urlaub. Wir waren schon mehrfach in dem Haus und haben jetzt drei Wohnungen gesehen (in allen Etagen). Die Wohnung im höhergelegten Erdgeschoss gefällt uns am besten, da sie den größten Balkon bietet, auf dem auch ein wenig Schatten ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liegt ideal an einem großen Supermarkt. Bis in die Innenstadt sind es etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. An der Wohnung führt die Promenade entlang, auf der man in beide Richtungen laufen kann. Wenn man im Bett liegt, kann man aufˋs Meer schauen und hört das Rauschen der Wellen. Einfach toll.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location. The view takes your breath away every time you open the front door. Everything you could need is stocked in the apartment. Great communication with Lorraine who is there if needed. Highly recommend and hope to revisit

Trip down memory lane!

We loved this apartment, it had everything we could have wished for and the view was worth a million dollars! Situated within a short walk of Estepona old town where we found many restaurants to savour. Lorraine the property manager was excellent being on hand to offer advice when/if required.. We would hope to return sometime in the future. One small point to mention is that the exterior fabric of the building is showing its age.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. View from the terrace looking over the sea is superb. Location is excellent, right on the coastal path and a comfortable walk to all the town centre restaurants. The property manager, Lorraine, was easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location within easy walking distance from Estepona

We highly recommend this apartment. It’s positioned just by the boardwalk with a lovely sea view. The Carrefour hypermarket is only two minutes walk away, but the apartment is still quiet, and you mostly only hear the sound of waves. It’s a nice walk into the central areas. Estepona as a town met and succeeded our expectations. Attractive and charming with a more welcoming and relaxed vibe compared to Marbella. The property manager was flexible and nice to communicate with. We will definitely return to this area.

Superbe appartement avec vue sur mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce bel appartement, très bien situé avec vue sur mer et à proximité d'un grand carrefour, pour les courses c'est idéal. Par contre notre seul regret c'est les plages qui ne sont pas superbes, beaucoup d'algues, l'eau de mer est trouble, sans oublier les méduses.. Mais notre séjour fut agréable dans l'ensemble grâce au confort du logement. Un atout très appréciable, les draps étaient changés et le ménage était fait 1 fois par semaine (notre séjour a duré 3 semaines). Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation..Et un grand merci à l'hôte pour son accueil très chaleureux.

Owner are not able to issue invoice...

House that has good and large terrace, the location is not perfect because the good part of the beach is on oposite side of beach. The owner was unable to issue an real invoice to the company, possibly because they are not legally to rent. We will not return.
