"The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. "

"When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. "

"Great location in a beautiful setting. Every staff member was amazing- always friendly and willing to help. Very clean with lush landscaping.
You can actually swim to the reef for snorkeling from the end of their pier.
We ate almost all of our meals on site, because the food was so good.
Staff is very helpful & provided great recommendations for tours and other activities. Transportation is super easy and inexpensive."

"We had an amazing stay at Ibagary. Attended an out of this word friends’ wedding there and spend a few days relaxing at the hotel after the wedding. The beach front location is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very well looked after and would recommend this location for a wedding as well as a relaxing beach vacation. "

"The entire team at West End Dive Resort and Splash Inn & dive shop were kind, courteous and pleasant. Access to the pool after a great day of diving was a lovely way to relax. Room was exactly what I needed, comfortable bed, great shower, and a quiet environment.

"Our room was very clean and well appointed. The food was excellent, the pool and bar staff were also really good. My only criticism was they seemed understaffed, as the service times seemed a bit too long and that was directly due to staffing (we waited 25 minutes just to have someone take or dinner order the last night we were there.
Regardless, we will be coming back. "
