"Clean and modern. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and kitchen with plates, pans, etc. Some challenges with the ID check prior to check in but eventually we got it to work and it was the only small drawback. We used the pool and had coffee from the lobby, all clean and convenient. Also hopped on E bikes that were curbside to grab breakfast at Biscuit Love and then rode down to the capital building area, all lovely! Highly recommend! "The room was very clean and had a ton of amenities (kitchen, full size fridge and freezer, in-unit laundry, closet and drawers, and a kitchen table). The staff was very friendly as well. We did have an issue with our AC not working and they moved us to a new room, which also had an issue with the AC, but they were very kind about it. "We honestly had a wonderful stay at Sentral SoBro! The apartment was incredibly clean, which we really appreciated. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax with some of the 90+ degree days.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable and what would make me return.

"The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in.
The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair.

"We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though."
