"We love the place, we have stayed on property several times and this was our 4th condo and it was by far the best one. Loved being up on the 3rd floor and having an amazing view. Everything was well done. Keep in mind you are staying in the Caribbean so salt water tends to wear on things. Internet can be spotty but we're not there for that, water access and snorkeling is some of the best on the island and the pier is within walking distance. Will stay again. "

"We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!"

"When I arrived the owner came out and showed me exactly where to go. The apartment was small but just what I needed. It was clean, smelled nice, and I appreciate the nice touch of having gentle music and scenery on the TV monitor. Great stay. A couple of unexpected, but friendly dogs were nearby, eager for a pat on the head. All good!"

"What an absolutely beautiful view and great location on the Island. Communication was amazing. Hosts informed us of the exterior upgrades which were not an issue. This place is so well thought out and conveniently stocked. We appreciated having the beach, chairs and ice chest. Everything was clean and in good shape. We wanted to explore the Island and found this location to be right in the middle of everything. I hope to stay here again someday. "

"A perfect property to stay out of the way with a great view. The breeze kept the apartment comfortable the whole week, without needing fans or AC. It seems like miles away from everything, but it was only a 10 to 20 minute ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Cane bay beach was a perfect, close getaway.
