"The property was great, very clean and updated. It doesnt have a view of the water, we were only staying one night, so it didnt matter to us. If you dont care about a view of the water this 4 room condo is excellent. Its very quiet and lots of wildlife in the trees."

"This location was amazing! Great view of the sea-easily walkable to restaurants. One just watch out is that it does back up to a main road occasionally used by trucks which can make the walk a bit hairy. I wouldn’t recommend with young kids but for older teens and adults in good shape easy to navigate. Just remember to pull all the way over and keep an eye on cars moving down the hill. Otherwise the place is very well appointed and nice. Also keep in mind since it is outdoor living style if it’s...

"Dave was great from before we got to house and throughout. House was clean and all ameneties needed were there. It was easy to get to market (hill a bit steep) to all beaches and down into town of Cruz Bay. I would recommemd Daves unit to friends or families. We had a great time!"

"Enjoyable stay! Property is very clean both inside and outside. Unit has everything you need in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Coffee is replenished daily. Housekeeping makes the bed and replaces the towels as needed. The views from the patio are amazing! "

"Our stay offered us exactly what we were looking for - clean accommodations (a top priority which seemed very hard to find based on many, many hotel reviews read during this process), a full kitchen with the opportunity for communal eating for 10, and comfortable sleeping. "The pros: The villa was clean, the staff was friendly, easy to access, plenty of parking. The manager is friendly and quick to respond to questions. The cons: The listing shows a beautiful ocean view, however the villa that we were put in had a view of the road and the back side of a building. (The manager said we could ask if they could move us, but we were only there for 2 days so we didn't want to bother moving.) The beach is nice but there is a large coral reef stretching across the beach...
