"Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!"

"Property was great at a 9.5 to 10 property was nasty dirty had bugs. All the furniture was old. The view was not well supposed to be look like a dungeon. and unsafe property has five villas. All of them were empty trash everywhere no security whatsoever no one at ATTENDANCE. At the property."

"This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining. "I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments.
The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee.
